A lot of us at RBH have been together a long time, which speaks volumes.
With over 100 team members based in our London and Glasgow offices and 1,900 employees in our hotels, we have the scale to deliver operational excellence.
The RBH family is looked after by our Executive Committee and we're proud to have passionate hoteliers leading our business.
We are guided and governed by an experienced group of directors. These individuals bring a wealth of skills and expertise to the management of RBH.
With several directors currently or formerly operating at CEO, CFO and COO level of listed entities, RBH benefits from invaluable market experience and industry knowledge.
Our primary shareholders are RDI REIT and Tsogo Sun, with the remainder of shares held by a combination of management and high net worth individuals, all of whom have had hotel experience.
You spend a lot of time at work, and it’s important to give those hours to a company which cares about you in return.
WHAT DOES THIS MEAN FOR OUR TEAMS?
It means we all have our part to play in living by these values.
Acting with integrity is really valued at RBH.
Making sure we challenge each other to do the right thing, even in difficult situations, is a message we promote daily.
It’s no secret that being around ambitious people, who want to grow and push themselves, helps us all grow better ourselves.
For RBH, this means stronger people and tighter teams and we actively recruit people who want to do well, learn more and get places quickly.
We want to be famous for operational excellence and from the top down, we encourage our people to be passionate and committed.
In daily life, this means being able to ask big questions of senior people, being encouraged to challenge what we do and commit to making experiences better for our guests and hotel owners.
Our Executive Committee strongly believe that caring about our people and helping them develop with RBH, in turn creates a happier environment for our guests.
A focus on the Health and Wellbeing of our people is integral to their motivation and is why we truly work with some of the best people in hospitality.
A London hotelier who boosted his career with the UK’s leading independent hotel management company, RBH, is attributing his successful career progression to a pioneering talent development programme.
