    With over 20 years’ experience of operating 200 hotels, delivering operational excellence will always be one of our core values. Our team of Operations Directors oversee the operations of our hotels, including Housekeeping, Leisure & Spa and Food & Beverage, providing support and challenge to our General Managers. As well as setting standards of operation which are key to achieving guest satisfaction and building on repeat business, they are also fundamental to profitably driving turnover to maintain a strong competitive position in the market.

    From our Revenue Management and Sales Teams to our Marketing Department, our Commercial Teams seek to drive performance across all segments. By driving direct business, managing our own successful marketing campaigns, and maximising brand delivery, our team has a consistent track record of outperforming the market.

  3. Facilities Management

    Our Facilities Management Team have provided services to 200 hotels for the last 20 years. With a key focus on ensuring our hotels are statutory compliant, as well as negotiating maintenance and service agreements, auditing and so much more, our Facilities Management Team are a key asset to our business and a unique offering versus the majority of hotel operators.

    Our chartered property and construction specialists offer a completely unique service by combining their wealth of expertise in the industry. From technical assistance in the development of new build hotels to project management of large scale refurbishments and rebrands, our Capital Projects Team is integral in maximising asset value.

  5. Finance

    Crucial to our success, our Finance Team offer a broad level of financial support for our hotels, including production of management and statutory financial information and benchmarking internally and externally to maximise profit flow through and asset value. This is all driven by extensive investment in our data and systems infrastructure which ensures more time and focus is spent acting on the results of our data analysis. Whether it’s a new hotel opening or managing a hotel’s day-to-day costs, we always strive to maximise profitability for our hotels.

  6. Human Resources

    The hospitality industry is all about people, and at RBH we pride ourselves on being a people-focused business with a people strategy that helps us achieve our vision and mission. Our HR Team specialise in implementing this strategy through culture and reward, learning and development, and talent and resourcing.

  7. Information Technology

    From acting as a day-to-day IT helpdesk support system for our hotels through to IT capital project management for new build hotels, hotel rebrands or major IT upgrades, our Information Technology Team is responsible for driving efficiencies and profitability across our hotel portfolio through industry-leading systems.

  8. Legal

    With extensive experience in providing legal advice and support, including licensing applications and renewals, insurance and crisis support, our Legal Team act as a crucial support system for our hotels.

  9. Procurement

    The Procurement Team is key to developing our procurement sourcing strategy, building relationships with third-party vendors and identifying and implementing cost-saving strategies.
    The procurement team works to ensure that it gets the best value from its supply chain and that it is able to meet RBH's needs safely and sustainably, by particularly focusing on the economic, but importantly, the environmental, and social impacts of our supply chain.

    As part of our approach to risk management, we have a comprehensive internal system of policies, controls, and procedures in place to protect our guests, our employees and our owners’ assets. We are currently the only UK hotel management company with two Primary Authority Partnerships (West Midlands Fire Service and Newham Council), meaning that all our major policies, ways of working and standards have been vetted and approved by independent third-party bodies.
