RBH expands Scottish portfolio with new management deal for Hotel Indigo and Staybridge Suites Dundee
RBH Hospitality Management has been appointed as the operator of the dual-branded Hotel Indigo and Staybridge Suites in Dundee, as of the 1st November 2024.
This new partnership with owner group Percor Capital marks a significant milestone for RBH, further expanding its footprint in Scotland.
Comprising 102 bedrooms at Hotel Indigo and 85 at Staybridge Suites, the property also comprises the fantastic Daisy Tasker restaurant and, thanks to recent investment, Eighteen22 – a new bar serving an array of whiskies, beers, wine and cocktails.
The appointment continues RBH’s growth within the Scottish market, bringing its total portfolio of Scottish properties to nine and represents a return to Dundee for the operator. With this addition, RBH’s current portfolio will include 20 IHG-branded properties across the UK, highlighting the company’s continued strong relationship with the global hotel brand.
On the appointment, David Hart, CEO of RBH Hospitality Management, said:
“We are excited to return to Dundee and forge a strategic partnership with Percor Capital to manage these exceptional properties. The dual-branded model of Hotel Indigo and Staybridge Suites enables us to diversify our offering by meeting the unique needs of both short-term and extended-stay guests – a critical component of our broader growth strategy. This appointment not only reinforces our commitment to the Scottish market but also strengthens our long-standing partnership with IHG as we continue to expand our portfolio of high-performing properties.”
