The buildings we occupy and develop produce the majority of the carbon in our footprint, so it is essential that we focus on this area to create net-zero new builds with comprehensive, sustainable heating, cooling and charging abilities. We will only work with contractors who have sustainability policies and processes in place and are accredited in this area.
