With 20 years’ experience in the hotel industry as a Chartered Construction Manager, Gregor oversees all aspects of RBH’s Capital, Facilities Management and Health & Safety functions. Throughout his time with the business, Gregor has been involved in many of RBH’s milestone properties, including its 50^th new build development in 2020, as well as the opening of The Westin London City and The Gantry London, CURIO Collection by Hilton in 2021. His extensive experience covers everything from new-build branded hotels to listed and historic independent properties.

Gregor is also passionate about the environment, and currently chairs RBH’s Sustainability Committee and represents RBH on the Energy and Environment Alliance which shapes the direction of travel for the hospitality industry. He has been fundamental to developing RBH’s ESG strategy, with the goal of becoming a carbon neutral management company by 2025.
