In 2018, RBH was appointed by the owners of The Gantry London, CURIO Collection by Hilton to assist the project and design teams with hotel-specific technical assistance on an exciting new build project. Being involved for many years from the start of the project and even before planning approval was received, our technical team were able to work with architects and designers to ensure all areas were designed correctly and with efficiency in mind to minimise operational costs. Our Capital Expertise team were also appointed to project manage the procurement and installation of front of house and back of house FF&E and operating supplies and equipment. The total project value was £650K, and in 2021, the hotel officially opened its doors.
