With over 20 years of experience in hotel management roles, including multiple General Manager and Cluster General Manager positions with IHG and a large operator, Louisa stepped into the role of Managing Director in January 2024.

Having originally joined RBH in 2018 as an Operations Director, Louisa has been instrumental in RBH’s expansion into the upscale and luxury sphere. Results-driven and highly strategic, she oversees all operations and commercial activity across the business.
