With more than 30 years in the industry, Susan’s passion for hospitality is infectious. Having joined RBH in 2011, she oversees all operational and commercial activity across the business, and is responsible for the successful performance of all hotels in the portfolio.

As one of the driving forces behind RBH’s Giving Something Back programme, which launched in 2021, Susan has been key to developing and implementing our ESG strategy and is also Chair of the IHG Owners’ Association Global Sustainability Committee. In addition, she was more recently appointed as Chair of the IHG's Owners Association's Europe Regional Council as well as to its Global Board of Directors.
