The Company acknowledges the provisions of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and voluntarily commits to complying with its obligations to ensure transparency within its business and its suppliers of goods and services.

  2. Gender pay gap

    From 6th April 2017, employers in Great Britain with more than 250 staff are required by law to publish their gender pay gap information, covering pay and bonuses.

    RBH is a hotel management company that manages a diverse collection of branded and private label hotel properties for various owners/owner groups across the UK.

    Due to the nature of the law, RBH will publish all relevant Gender Pay Gap reports here as required by the composition of the RBH portfolio.
