Hampton by Hilton arrives in Manchester’s bohemian Northern Quarter
Today, Hampton by Hilton Manchester Northern Quarter debuts as the brand’s first property in the heart of Manchester and marks a milestone project for RBH.
The 221-room hotel, located in Manchester’s trendy Northern Quarter, is the 50th new-build property project for RBH in the last 20 years. It joins a diverse and growing portfolio which includes a collection of branded and private label hotel properties across the UK.
The hotel, built by North West construction experts Create Construction, reached practical completion through a partnership with IP Investment Management and Maven Capital Partners. This project will be the fourth property which RBH will manage on behalf of Maven.
Andrew Robb, Chief Business Development Officer at RBH, said:
"We are delighted to open the doors of Hampton by Hilton Manchester Northern Quarter and, in line with government guidelines, welcome key workers as well as future bookings from all other guests. It’s been great to work alongside Create, Maven and Hilton on this project which is the 50th new build property within our portfolio and we look forward to the next chapter for the hotel and RBH.”
Situated in the vibrant Northern Quarter the hotel is the latest to join Hampton by Hilton’s growing portfolio, which includes 32 existing Hampton properties in the UK.
