New serviced apartments launch in Middlesbrough under RBH Management

The new development is owned by Mark Ashall, Nicholas Merriman and the investor group behind the Holiday Inn Express Middlesbrough, also managed by RBH. Occupying four floors of the modern Boho 6 and located just next to Middlesbrough railway station, the development offers 42 spacious serviced apartments, complementing the existing offering in the town by catering to longer-stay guests and those seeking more space and in-room amenities.

The apartments mark RBH’s third serviced apartment signing in just six months, underlining the group’s strategic growth in this sector.
