RBH celebrates its portfolio’s achievements at annual awards night in Blackpool
RBH, the UK’s most experienced hospitality management company, brought together its portfolio of over 50 UK-hotels in Blackpool to celebrate the achievements of the past year at its iconic annual awards night.
This year, RBH brought it's annual conference and awards to Blackpool, home to three of the management company's hotels. The awards night was hosted at Blackpool's infamous Tower Ballroom, and recognised outstanding performance across 8 categories, with the coveted ‘Hotel of the Year’ award going to the recently rebranded, The Milner York. The award is measured against RBH's core metrics in which the hotel performed excellently and surpassed its targets despite the challenges the industry has faced as a whole. The standards set for this award category have never been higher.
Other award winners included Mark Winter from the Holiday Inn Blackpool, taking ‘General Manager of the Year’, in recognition of his hotel's strong performance in key areas, from from revenue and profitability to guest satisfaction and overall market position, as well as the strong culture that he has created on property and in the wider community.
Attendees also celebrated each hotel’s and management company’s chosen Employee of the Year, demonstrating RBH’s core values of integrity, care, ambition and excellence.
