The UK's leading hotel management company, RBH, has been awarded a string of accolades at a prominent industry awards ceremony.
Three of the firm's hotels, spanning Dundee, Edinburgh and Helensburgh, picked up a clutch of honours at the eleventh annual Scottish Hotel Awards in Edinburgh on Sunday, 27 April.
Following a £1 million refurbishment last year, DoubleTree by Hilton Dundee bagged five titles including Brand Hotel of the Year and Hospitality Gold Medal, with manager Richard Eillison achieving a Manager Gold Medal award.
Staff member Sandy Mathieson also took home an award for Long Service after racking up 35 years with the hotel, whilst Food and Beverage Assistant Stacey Corkhill received recognition for her stand-out Customer Service skills.
General Manager Sandrine Contier-Lawrie also led the team at Princes Street Suites to a double award win taking home the Serviced Apartments Style Award and the top accolade for Spa Innovation in recognition of the apartments' luxury sanctuary spa facilities.
Redefine|BDL Hotel's Rosslea Hall Hotel was also acknowledged at this year's ceremony where General Manager, Don McGregor, was crowned Hotel Business Manager of the Year.
John Stuart, Chief Operating Officer of RBH, said: "I'm delighted to see so many of our people and properties shine at the Scottish Hotel Awards. Picking up so many awards in categories across the board is testament to the diversity of the RBH portfolio and the exceptional skills our staff bring to the table.
"The Scottish Hotel Awards encourage, recognise and reward the highest achievers in our sector so it's important to our business that our Scottish hotels not only reach such levels of excellence, but succeed in maintaining this level of innovation and customer service year on year."
