RBH ranks in The Caterer’s Top 30 Best Places to Work in Hospitality
RBH has ranked 12th in The Caterer’s Top 30 list for Best Places to Work in Hospitality for the fifth consecutive year.
Now in its eleventh year, The Caterer’s annual celebration of employment best practice shines a spotlight on hospitality businesses that lead the way in people engagement and workplace culture, as recommended by their own employees.
RBH features in the top 30 for the nineth time since its inception. The list is determined by a combination of scores calculated from five ‘killer questions’ in addition to a series of ranking exercises answered by each employee.
Martin MacPhail, HR Director at RBH said:
“For us, this is the ultimate recognition! There’s no greater accolade than your own people validating your official position as one of the industry’s best companies for staff satisfaction, career opportunities and growth. We continue to strive to go above and beyond for our employees which has led to some encouraging high retention rates.
“This ranking reflects the long-term goals we have in building an incredibly strong reputation that hospitality professionals are genuinely proud to represent and be a part of. This is definitely a milestone achievement that is testament to every RBH employee for building such a positive, strong culture.”
