RBH has ranked in the top 6 of the Caterer’s Top 30 list for Best Places to Work in Hospitality for 2023.

Now in its tenth year, The Caterer’s annual celebration of employment best practice shines a spotlight on hospitality businesses that lead the way in people engagement and workplace culture, as recommended by their own employees.

One of the industry’s most prestigious accolades comes after a string of recent shortlisting and award wins for RBH in recognition of its authentic focus on people, including Springboard’s award for Best Employee Health & Wellbeing last month.

RBH features in the top 30 for the 8th time, and marks the third time the management company has ranked in the top six. The list is determined by a combination of scores calculated from five ‘killer questions’ in addition to a series of ranking exercises answered by each employee.
